We had a fantastic response to our call-out for entries to the Our Cultural Landmarks photography competition and Don Tonge, our judge was thrilled with the quality of the entries.
It was good to see a variety of photo entries in both monochrome and colour. It took me a few days of reviewing to get to my first selection of 30, then 20, but it was the last six or seven where I was struggling to choose the 1st, 2nd and 3rd images. Judging is always a personal thing, someone else may choose differently, but I reckon the winners would be from my last 20 selected!
Don Tonge, competition judge
